Day Treatment Program is for children needing intensive rehabilitation due to a recent illness or injury. The physiatrists (rehabilitation doctors) at Ranken Jordan work with the referring physicians, family and staff to develop a plan centered on the needs of each child. The goal is to increase independent function, assist children in reaching their maximum potential and help them transition back into their community.

A typical day is 9am – 4pm, Monday through Friday. During the day your child receives therapy services and participates in group programming and activities striving to make the entire day therapeutic in nature. A nurse and physiatrist are available to address medical needs.

Support services may include education services, social services, nutrition services and child and adolescent psychiatry services.
