Q: What is your role at Ranken Jordan?
A: RN.
Q: What’s the best part of your job?
A: When I see I did something that made a difference (in a positive way) for a patient, co-worker etc. -- that is the best part of my job.
Q: What recent accomplishment are you most proud of at Ranken Jordan?
A: I don't know if I have any big accomplishments. I made it through the day getting all my stuff done without anybody getting mad at me? Does that count?
Q: What do you like most about working at Ranken Jordan?
A: I like the atmosphere: Small town feel that you know everyone. There's time to play with the kids (most of the time). Team approach to the kids. I'm really proud of the care these kids get from the CNA's, Dr.'s, RN's, PT, RT, OT, ST, -- even the ancillary care -- laundry, nutrition, and maintenance put a personal touch to the care. I guess there's more than one thing that I like.
