What is your role at Ranken Jordan?
Reception -- Customer Service Associate.
What's the best part of your job?
Seeing patients and their families growing bigger and getting better every day! I love seeing the families celebrate each milestone that the kiddos reach. The smallest improvements brighten their days! I love that I can be a part of any of it.
What recent accomplishment are you most proud of at Ranken Jordan?
I'm most proud of folks thinking that I'm "fishy"! Not every day at work is easy, but I'm glad that I have so many people here who I can smile with, who will support me and each other, and who really embrace the idea that it takes us working as a team to put the children first in all we do.
What do you like most about working at Ranken Jordan?
I love knowing that I go to work every day somewhere in which I love and support the mission. I may not do much compared to my therapy, nursing and med staff friends, but I'm honored to say that anything any of us do here is making our world a better place.
