Ranken Jordan announced the appointment of two new members to the board of directors at its Feb.16 meeting. Noreen Jenney Laffey, founder of the Celebrity Endorsement Network and a community volunteer, and Michael Scully, senior vice president & regional president, U.S. Bank, will serve three-year terms for the 34-bed Maryland Heights hospital. “We’re excited about the addition of Noreen and Mike to our board of directors,” said Lauri Tanner, President and CEO of Ranken Jordan. They’re both dedicated, passionate people who care deeply about our community—and Ranken Jordan’s role within the region.”
Emeritus Designations
The board of directors conferred emeritus status upon two former members. Joseph P. Logan, partner, Thompson, Coburn, LLC., who was first elected as Ranken Jordan’s board president in 1960, served in that capacity for more than 30 years. Also receiving emeritus status was Clarice Lewis-Patterson, a parent representative on the board from 2005 to 2011.
The newly elected 2011 officers include Chairman Richard A. Vandegrift; Vice Chairman Steve Cortopassi; Secretary Thomas J. Minogue and Treasurer Sondra M. Denk.
