Ella's Story

Feather Doesn't Know the Word No

By Ella's Mother. January 2010.
Ella kept telling me, "Feather doesn't know the word no."

I finally figured it out. She was talking about her therapist at Ranken Jordan, Heather.

Ella was born with epidermolysis bullosa. Her skin can't tolerate even slight pressures. Her feet blister so it's hard for her to walk. It's hard for her to eat.

When Ella first came to therapy she wouldn't put her face in the water. Now she's working on swimming the whole length of the pool.
