Ranken Jordan A Pediatric Specialty Hospital (“Ranken Jordan”) strives to ensure that its activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards.  To that end, Ranken Jordan has long had an active and effective Compliance Program dedicated to preventing, detecting and, when necessary, reporting any actions that violate the applicable standards.  Recently, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) issued a new requirement that a hospital that receives reimbursement in excess of five million dollars per year from Medicaid provide its educational policies regarding the False Claims Act to contractors and agents doing business with the hospital.  Below we have provided the Ranken Jordan compliance documents, including the Code of Conduct, Compliance Plan, and False Claims and Non-Retaliation Policy for vendor information.
